- Ben Roberts Added August 30, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely awful service (except the maintenance guy) dirty q-tips in room, hard wired alarm clock that cannot be turned off that is faulty and makes a loud screech at 12:30 am onwards for about 2 hours.
TV remote is faulty and wouldn't work most of the time. Blinds arent long enough so outside lights shine directly into the master bed eyes. Upon leaving the lady sticks her head and hand out the door and says "checking out?" I said ahh yes is there anything more I need to do? She says "No" and shuts the door
It will be a chilly day in hell before I stay here again. oh also a spring in the mattress is sticking out so that was fun! This was in the FAMILY SUITES. - Sharon Thomas Added July 24, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★We love this place we stay here every time we are in hervey bay
